Philadelphia Eagles fans flooded Jason Kelce‘s social media on Friday night, begging him to come out of retirement.
The Eagles played their first NFL game since Kelce decided to retire in March after 13 seasons in the league.
Nick Sirianni’s team beat the Green Bay Packers 34-29 in Brazil but took time to get going on offense under new coordinator Kellen Moore.
Cam Jurgens, who has moved along the offensive line from guard to center to replace Kelce, snapped the ball to quarterback Jalen Hurts way too quickly.
Hurts was not ready for the ball and it ricocheted off his body and loose, allowing the Packers defense to pounce on it and turn it over.
